The vapors were initially cooked out of the ground and concentrated to form rain. This was mostly to prove to idiots that the tech could make rain. They were not told it was just one step in drying out the land and making water scarce.
Chemtrailing obscured with carbon capture is actually a program of desiccation, another attack on America. All the pilots are in on this treason.
The only time water from chemtrailing is good is when a storm is steered inland, otherwise it is a drying out of the land, which doesn't need much help seeing as all the ground waters everywhere have been pumped out HARD for 100 years or more.
In my area the wells were all 50-80 feet deep according to the hydro info from 1910. Now the wells are 500-800 feet deep. Go figure.
Once the ground is too dry to form water vapors from ground heating, then chemtrailing becomes an attack to further dry out the land.
This is not too hard to understand unless you are a dumb bell, and you wouldn't be reading this if you were that stupid, so congratulations.
Chemtrails create drought. Chemtrails are many things, lots of light and heat effects, a full spectrum, but are mostly security for a certain segment of society who exists by theft, by sucking the blood of the working class.
