The following article excerpts combine material from several sources, listed under
Footnotes. The majority of information appeared in David Guyatt's synopsis
of the history and development of mind control weapons, first presented at
an ICRC symposium on "The Medical Profession and the Effects of Weapons"

Project CHATTER
Following the conclusion of the war (WWII), the U.S. Naval Technical Mission was
tasked with obtaining pertinent industrial and scientific material that had
been produced by the Third Reich and which may be of benefit to U.S.
interests. Following a lengthy report, the Navy instigated Project CHATTER
in 1947.

Project Moonstruck, 1952, CIA:

MKULTRA
It was not until the middle or late 1970's that the American public became
aware of a series of hitherto secret programs that had been conducted over
the preceding two decades by the military and intelligence community. (3)
Primarily focusing on narco-hypnosis, these extensive covert programs bore
the project titles MKULTRA, MKDELTA, MKNAOMI, MKSEARCH (MK being understood
to stand for Mind Kontrol), BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE and CHATTER.
The principal aim of these and associated programs was the development of a
reliable "programmable" assassin. Secondary aims were the development of a
method of citizen control. (4)

Dr. Jose Delgado, Yale University
Particularly relevant was Dr. Jose Delgado's secret work directed towards
the creation of a "psycho-civilized" society by use of a "stimoceiver." (5)
Delgado's work was seminal, and his experiments on humans and animals
demonstrated that electronic stimulation can excite extreme emotions
including rage, lust and fatigue. In his paper "Intracerebral Radio
Stimulation and recording in Completely Free Patients," Delgado observed
that: "Radio Stimulation on different points in the amygdala and hippocampus
in the four patients produced a variety of effects, including pleasant
sensations, elation, deep thoughtful concentration, odd feelings, super
relaxation (an essential precursor for deep hypnosis), colored visions, and
other responses."With regard to the "colored visions" citation, it is
reasonable to conclude he was referring to hallucinations -- an effect that
a number of so-called "victims" allude to. (7) .

Dr. John C. Lilly
Also of interest is Dr. John C. Lilly (10), who was asked by the Director of
the National Institute of Mental Health to brief the CIA, FBI, NSA and
military intelligence services on his work using electrodes to stimulate,
directly, the pleasure and pain centers of the brain. Lilly said that he
refused the request. However, as stated in his book, he continued to do
"useful" work for the national security apparatus. In terms of timing this
is interesting, for these events took place in 1953.

First use of computers to communicate with the brain
As far back as 1969, Delgado predicted the day would soon arrive when a
computer would be able to establish two-way radio communication with the
brain -- an event that first occurred in 1974.
Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer working for
Stanford Research Institute (a leading military contractor), "developed a
computer system capable of reading a person's mind. It correlated brain
waves on an electroencephalograph with specific commands. Twenty years ago
the computer responded with a dot on a TV screen. Nowadays it could be the
input to a stimulator (ESB) in advanced stages using radio frequencies." (8=

Drs. Sharp and Frey develop "Microwave Hearing"
Drs. Joseph Sharp and Allen Frey experimented with microwaves seeking to
transmit spoken words directly into the audio cortex via a pulsed-microwave
analog of the speaker's sound vibration. Indeed, Frey's work in this field,
dating back to 1960, gave rise to the so called "Frey effect" which is now
more commonly referred to as "microwave hearing." (19) Within the Pentagon
this ability is now known as "Artificial Telepathy." (20)

obvious applications in covert operations designed to drive a target crazy
with "voices" or deliver undetected instructions to a programmed assassin."

Dr. Ross Adey experiments with EM control of emotional states
In his pioneering work, Dr. Ross Adey determined that emotional states and
behavior can be remotely influenced merely by placing a subject in an
electromagnetic field. By directing a carrier frequency to stimulate the
brain and using amplitude modulation to shape the wave to mimic a desired
EEG frequency, he was able to impose a 4.5 CPS theta rhythm on his subjects.
Adey and others have compiled an entire library of frequencies and pulsation
rates which can affect the mind and nervous system. (21)

Adey induces calcium efflux in brain tissue with low power level fields (a
basis for the CIA and military's "confusion weaponry") and has done
behavioral experiments with radar modulated at electroencephalogram (EEG)
rhythms. He is understandably concerned about environmental exposures within
1 to 30 Hz (cycles per second), either as a low frequency or an amplitude
modulation on a microwave or radio frequency, as these can physiologically
interact with the brain even at very low power densities.

Dr. Ewen Cameron's experiments in mental programming
Additional studies, conducted by Dr. Ewen Cameron and funded by the CIA,
were directed towards erasing memory and imposing new personalities on
unwilling patients. Cameron discovered that electroshock treatment caused
amnesia. He set about a program that he called "de-patterning" which had the
effect of erasing the memory of selected patients. Further work revealed
that subjects could be transformed into a virtual blank machine (Tabula
Rasa) and then be re-programmed with a technique which he termed "psychic
driving." Such was the bitter public outrage, once his work was revealed (as
a result of FOIA searches), that Cameron was forced to retire in disgrace.

Operation PANDORA
From 1965 through to 1970, Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency
(DARPA), with up to 70-80% funding provided by the military, set in motion
operation PANDORA to study the health and psychological effects of low
intensity microwaves with regard to the so-called "Moscow signal" registered
at the American Embassy in Moscow.

Initially, there was confusion over whether the signal was an attempt to
activate bugging devices or for some other purpose. There was suspicion that
the microwave irradiation was being used as a mind control system.

CIA agents asked scientists involved in microwave research whether
microwaves beamed at humans from a distance could affect the brain and alter
behavior.

Dr. Milton Zarat who undertook to analyze Soviet literature on microwaves
for the CIA, wrote: "For non-thermal irradiations, they believe that the
electromagnetic field induced by the microwave environment affects the cell
membrane, and this results in an increase of excitability or an increase in
the level of excitation of nerve cells. With repeated or continued exposure,
the increased excitability leads to a state of exhaustion of the cells of
the cerebral cortex."

This project appears to have been quite extensive and included (under U.S.
Navy funding) studies demonstrating how to induce heart seizures, create
leaks in the blood/brain barrier and production of auditory hallucinations.

Despite attempts to render the Pandora program invisible to scrutiny, FOIA
filings revealed memoranda of Richard Cesaro, Director of DARPA, which
confirmed that the program's initial goal was to "discover whether a
carefully controlled microwave signal could control the mind." Cesaro urged
that these studies be made "for potential weapons applications." (12)

EM Mind Control Research Goes Black
Following immense public outcry, Congress forbade further research and
demanded that these projects be terminated across the board. But as former
CIA agent Victor Marchetti later revealed, the programs merely became more
covert with a high element of "deniability" built in to them, and that CIA
claims to the contrary are a cover story. (13)

Despite the fact that many of the aforementioned projects revolved around
the use of narcotics and hallucinogens, projects ARTICHOKE, PANDORA and
CHATTER clearly demonstrate that "psychoelectronics" were a high priority.
Indeed, author John Marks' anonymous informant (known humorously as "Deep
Trance") stated that beginning in 1963 mind control research strongly
emphasized electronics.

1974: Dr. J.F. Scapitz experiments with remote hypnosis
In 1974, Dr. J. F. Scapitz filed a plan to explore the interaction of radio
signals and hypnosis. He stated that "In this investigation it will be shown
that the spoken word of the hypnotists may be conveyed by modulate
electromagnetic energy directly into the subconscious parts of the human
brain -- i.e. without employing any technical devices for receiving or
transcoding the messages and without the person exposed to such influence
having a chance to control the information input consciously."
Schapitz' work was funded by the DoD. Despite FOIA filings, his work has
never been made available. Also it is interesting to note the date of 1974,
which almost exactly mirror's the period when the USSR commenced its own
program that resulted in "Acoustic Psycho-correction technology."]

1976: Soviets use ELF transmissions as mind-control weapon
On July 4, 1976 seven giant transmitters in the Ukraine, powered by the
Chernobyl nuclear facility, pumped a 100 megawatt radio frequency at the
West, which contained a 10 Hz ELF mind control frequency. According to a US
scientist, Dr Andrija Puharich, MD, the soviet pulses covered the human
brain frequencies. With a Dr Bob Beck, he proved that the Soviet
transmissions were a weapon. He found that a 6.65 Hz frequency would cause
depression and an 11Hz frequency would cause manic and riotous behaviour.
Transmissions could indeed entrain the human brain, and thereby induce
behavioural modification such that populations can be mind controlled en
masse by ELF transmissions. More importantly, he found that an ELF signal
could cause cancer at the flick of a switch. It did this by modifying the
function of RNA transference's so that amino acid sequences are scrambled
and produce unnatural proteins. As further reading, I recommend

1981: Eldon Byrd develops EM devices for riot control
Scientist Eldon Byrd, who worked for the Naval Surface Weapons Office, was
commissioned in 1981 to develop electromagnetic devices for purposes
including riot control, clandestine operations and hostage removal. (11)
In the context of a controversy over reproductive hazards to Video Display
Terminal (VDT) operators, he wrote of alterations in brain function of
animals exposed to low intensity fields. Offspring of exposed animals
"exhibited a drastic degradation of intelligence later in life... couldn't
learn easy tasks... indicating a very definite and irreversible damage to
the central nervous system of the fetus." With VDT operators exposed to weak
fields, there have been clusters of miscarriages and birth defects (with
evidence of central nervous system damage to the fetus). Byrd also wrote of
experiments where behavior of animals was controlled by exposure to weak
electromagnetic fields. "At a certain frequency and power intensity, they
could make the animal purr, lay down and roll over."

Low-frequency sleep induction From 1980 to 1983 [. . . ]
Eldon Byrd ran the Marine Corps Nonlethal Electromagnetic Weapons project.  He conducted most of his research at the
Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, Md.
"We were looking at electrical activity in the brain and how to influence
it," he says. Byrd, a specialist in medical engineering and bioeffects, funded small
research projects, including a paper on vortex weapons by Obolensky. He
conducted experiments on animals--and even on himself--to see if brain waves
would move into sync with waves impinging on them from the outside. (He
found that they would, but the effect was short lived.)
By using very low frequency electromagnetic radiation--the waves way below
radio frequencies on the electromagnetic spectrum--he found he could induce
the brain to release behavior-regulating chemicals. "We could put animals
into a stupor," he says, by hitting them with these frequencies. "We got
chick brains--in vitro--to dump 80 percent of the natural opioids in their
brains," Byrd says. He even ran a small project that used magnetic fields to
cause certain brain cells in rats to release histamine.
In humans, this would cause instant flulike symptoms and produce nausea.
"These fields were extremely weak. They were undetectable," says Byrd. "The
effects were nonlethal and reversible. You could disable a person
temporarily," Byrd hypothesizes. "It [would have been] like a stun gun."
Byrd never tested any of his hardware in the field, and his program,
scheduled for four years, apparently was closed down after two, he says.
"The work was really outstanding," he grumbles. "We would have had a weapon
in one year." Byrd says he was told his work would be unclassified, "unless
it works." Because it worked, he suspects that the program "went black."
Other scientists tell similar tales of research on electromagnetic radiation
turning top secret once successful results were achieved. There are clues
that such work is continuing. In 1995, the annual meeting of four-star U.S. Air Force generals--called
CORONA--reviewed more than 1,000 potential projects. One was called  "Put the
Enemy to Sleep/Keep the Enemy From Sleeping." It called for exploring
"acoustics," "microwaves," and "brain-wave manipulation" to alter sleep
patterns. It was one of only three projects approved for initial
investigation.

PHOENIX II, 1983, U.S.A.F, NSA:

Mankind Research Unlimited
An obscure District of Columbia corporation called Mankind Research
Unlimited (MRU) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Systems Consultants Inc.
(SCI), operated a number of classified intelligence, government and Pentagon
contracts, specializing in, amongst other things: "problem solving in the
areas of intelligence electronic warfare, sensor technology and
applications." (14)

MRU's "capability and experience" is divided into four fields. These include
"biophysics -- Biological Effects of Magnetic Fields," "Research in
Magneto-fluid Dynamics," "Planetary Electro-Hydro-Dynamics" and "Geo-pathic
Efforts on Living Organisms." The latter focuses on the induction of illness
by altering the magnetic nature of the geography.

Also under research were "Biocybernetics, Psychodynamic Experiments in
Telepathy," "Errors in Human Perception," "Biologically Generated Fields,"
"Metapsychiatry and the Ultraconscious Mind" (believed to refer to
experiments in telepathic mind control), "Behavioural Neuropsychiatry,"
"Analysis and Measurement of Human Subjective States" and "Human Unconscious
Behavioural Patterns."  Employing some old OSS, CIA and military intelligence officers, the company
also engages the services of prominent physicians and psychologists
including E. Stanton Maxey, Stanley R. Dean Berthold, Eric Schwarz plus many
more.

MRU lists in its Company Capabilities "brain and mind control." (15)
1989 CNN Program on EM Weapons.  During 1989 CNN aired a program on electromagnetic weapons and showed a U.S.
government document that outlined a contingency plan to use EM weapons
against "terrorists." Prior to the show a DoD medical engineer sourced a
story claiming that in the context of conditioning, microwaves and other
modalities had regularly been used against Palestinians.

RF MEDIA, 1990, CIA:

1992: Maj. Edward Dames and Project GRILL-FLAME
Major Edward Dames, formerly with the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency
until 1992, was a long-serving member of the highly classified operation
GRILL-FLAME, a program that focused on some of the more bizarre
possibilities of intelligence gathering and remote interrogation.
Known as "remote viewers," GRILL-FLAME personnel possessed a marked psychic
ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering
important intelligence on significant figures. The program operated with two teams: one working out of the top secret NSA
facility at Fort George Meade in Maryland, and the other at SRI. Results are
said to have been exemplary. Following the Oliver North debacle, the Secretary of Defense officially
terminated GRILL-FLAME, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become
known to the public.  The leading members of the project -- including Dames -- immediately
relocated to the privately owned and newly formed Psi-Tech, and continue
their work to this day, operating under government contract. In the course of his work, Dames was (and remains) close to many the leading
figures and proponents of anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons, especially
those that operate in the neurological field.  During NBC's "The Other Side" program, Dames stated that "The U.S.
Government has an electronic device which could implant thoughts in people.
" He refused to comment further. The program was broadcast during April 1995.

1993 Report of "Acoustic Psycho-correction"

In 1993, Defense News announced that the Russian government was discussing
with American counterparts the transfer of technical information and
equipment known as "Acoustic Psycho-correction." The Russians claimed that
this device involves "the transmission of specific commands via static or
white noise bands into the human subconscious without upsetting other
intellectual functions."

Experts said that demonstrations of this equipment have shown "encouraging"
results "after exposure of less than one minute," and has produced "the
ability to alter behavior on willing and unwilling subjects.  The article goes on to explain that combined "software and hardware
associated with the (sic) psycho-correction program could be procured for as
little as U.S. $80,000." The Russians went on to observe that "World opinion
is not ready for dealing appropriately with the problems coming from the
possibility of direct access to the human mind."

Acoustic psycho-correction dates back to the mid 1970's and can be used to
"suppress riots, control dissidents, demoralize or disable opposing forces
and enhance the performance of friendly special operations teams." (18)
One U.S. concern in relation to this device was aired by Janet Morris of the
Global Strategy Council, a Washington-based think tank established by former
CIA deputy director Ray Cline. Morris noted that "Ground troops risk
exposure to bone-conducting sound that cannot be offset by earplugs or other
protective gear."

In recent months I met with and discussed Russian research efforts, with a
contact who had visited Russia earlier this year. He, in turn, met with a
number of Russian scientists who are knowledgeable in this field. I have few
doubts that the Defense News article cited earlier is fundamentally
accurate.

1994 Report on "Less Than Lethal" Weapons
The April 1994 issue of Scientific American carried an article entitled
"Bang! You're Alive" which briefly described some of the known arsenal of
"Less Than Lethal" weapons presently available. These include laser rifles
and low-frequency infrasound generators powerful enough to trigger nausea or
diarrhea. Steve Aftergood of the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) noted that
non-lethal weapons have been linked to "mind control" devices and that three
of the most prominent advocates of non-lethality share an interest in
psychic phenomena. (23)  It is now the opinion of many that these and related programs have been
brought under the banner of non-lethal weapons, otherwise known as "less
than lethal," which are now promulgated in connection with the doctrine of
low intensity conflict, a concept for warfare in the 21st century. It is clear that many of these Pentagon and related LTL programs operate
under high classification. Others consider many similar or related "black"
programs are funded from the vast resources presently available under the
U.S. counter-drug law enforcement policy which has a FY 1995 budget of $13.2
billion. (25) On 21 July 1994, Defense Secretary William J. Perry issued a memorandum on
non-lethal weapons which outlined a tasking priority list for use of these
technologies. Second on the list was "crowd control". Coming in at a poor
fifth was "Disable or destroy weapons or weapon development/production
processes, including suspected weapons of mass destruction."

It is therefore clear that non-lethality is fundamentally seen as
anti-personnel rather than anti-material. In July 1996, the Spotlight, a widely circulated right-wing U.S. newspaper,
reported that well-placed DoD sources have confirmed a classified Pentagon
contract for the development of "high-power electromagnetic generators that
interfere with human brain waves." The article cited the memorandum of
understanding dated 1994 between Attorney General Janet Reno, and Defense
Secretary William Perry for transfer of LTL weapons to the law enforcement
sector. A budget of under $50 million has been made available for funding associated
"black" programs. Dr. Emery Horvath, a professor of physics at Harvard University, has stated
in connection to the generator that interferes with human brain waves that
"These electronic 'skull-zappers' are designed to invade the mind and short
circuit its synapses... in the hands of government technicians, it may be
used to disorient entire crowds, or to manipulate individuals into self
destructive acts. It's a terrifying weapon." (26)
In a 1993 U.S. Air Command and Staff College paper entitled Non Lethal
Technology and Air Power, authors Maj. Jonathan W. Klaaren (USAF) and Maj.
Ronald S. Mitchell (USAF) outlined selected NLT weapons. These included
"Acoustic" (pulsed/attenuated high-intensity sound, infrasound (very low
frequency) and Polysound (high volume, distracting) as well as high-power
microwaves (HPM) that possessed the ability to deter or incapacitate human
beings. These and other classified weapons are being passed to domestic law
enforcement agencies, as shown by the 1995 ONDCP (Office of National Drug
Control Policy) International Technology Symposium, "Counter-Drug Law
Enforcement: Applied Technology for Improved Operational Effectiveness,"
which outlined the "Transition of advanced military technologies to the
civil law enforcement environment."
There are some observers who fear that the burgeoning narcotics industry is
an ideal "cover" in which to "transit" Non Lethal Technologies to domestic
political tasks. Whether this is merely a misplaced "Orwellian" fear remains
to be seen. (27)

Have weapons of this nature been developed and field tested?
Judging from the number of individuals and groups coming forward with
complaints of harassment, the answer appears to be "yes." Kim Besley, of the
Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp, has compiled a fairly extensive
catalogue of effects that have resulted from low frequency signals emanating
from the U.S. Greenham Common base, apparently targeted at the women
protesters. These include: vertigo, retinal bleeding, burnt face (even at
night), nausea, sleep disturbances, palpitations, loss of concentration,
loss of memory, disorientation, severe headaches, temporary paralysis,
faulty speech co-ordination, irritability and a sense of panic in non-panic
situations. Identical and similar effects have been reported elsewhere and
appear to be fairly common-place amongst so-called "victims."
Many of these symptoms have been associated in medical literature with
exposure to microwaves and especially through low intensity or non-thermal
exposures. (22) These have been reviewed by Dr. Robert Becker, twice
nominated for the Nobel Prize, and a specialist in EM effects. His report
confirms that the symptoms mirror those he would expect to see had Microwave
weapons been deployed.

HAARP, 1995, CIA, NSA, ONR:

emotional levels for recreation of event scenarios.

Jack Verona and Project SLEEPING BEAUTY

use of mind-altering electromagnetic weapons. This project is headed by Jack
Verona, a highly placed Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) officer. Dr.
Michael Persinger of Laurentian University is also employed on the project.

     Many people wonder why I write nasty things sometimes, and my answer is this: What other recourse do I have against the zionazi-youth corp. and all their parents NY money, along with the mormo-scanners darkly, and the vatican twits galore, who are everywhere, as well as all the retired lord lovers who stayed in the military all their lives like state-babies, PLUS the rest of the dumb dumb dumb homeland security drones too stupid to know what America really means?  The only recourse I have is to learn how they are comitting their aggressions, and then disrupt the activities, to lead them down trails of lies so maybe they will eventually get killed over it from their own stupidity and greed.  I have been under attack steadily since the year 2000, and not only am I really angry, I have learned how cruel these  pieces of shit really are, and I have learned how to get them somewhat.  You can too.

    The lord lovers here are not American; lords and kings are DEFINITELY un-American, the country was created to do away with lords and kings and now they have the intellectual lower class worshipping a lord and proud of it.  Jesus Christ.  Some people in Texas say he is KING.  There you go.  bushland.  I am sure Yeshva ben Miriam is pissed, wherever he is. If being worshipped by a bunch of mind controlled yo-yos is first place, I don't even want to know what second place is.   Cruci-fiction maybe.

      These low life enablers of israel are for the most part lying, thieving sax o' shite, and they must at least be identified and disrupted when they are up to nazi business for jorge and bam-bam the royal masonic twins, because a majority of illegal eavesdropping is plain old theft, and don't you forget it.  As stated above, these aggressive alpha spies and snitches are the enablers of israel, who they believe are Gods Chosen People (ONE BOOK IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM!), they are people trying to be jews, christianity is judaism for dummies, easy to see really.  Thankfully, at least there is SOME recourse against this cartel mob, and when practiced correctly, as reverse control, reverse dominance, it works very very well.  THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN MAKE IT STOP IS TO STOP THEIR SPYING AND THIEVING ACTIVITIES. Which would be nice.

     Now on with our story.

     The other day, I was at the library in Deming NM, though I could not get online with my  laptop for some strange reason, so I had to use their computer, even though before this instance I have always been able to get online with my laptop but not now....and no one could help me, OTL...So I used their computers and got it done.

     Then the next time I went to the same library, 2 days later, my library card was not in my wallet, this is the second time thats happened at this library, I went to the desk, it was there.  It never happened anywhere else, no other libraries, Well I guess I just left it by the computers last time, right.  I go back to their computer because this time I did not even bother bringing my laptop, and I do some work then log onto facebook, but in the meantime all the computer stations which were mostly empty filled up totally, and the connexion goes slooowwwww...denial of service the old fashioned way....until the police can get online.....so at facebook I make a real vile comment about the chemtrails over Deming that day, and then the woman next to me, who had just seated herself with the rest of the mob, looks from her monitor right over at me, gets up, and walks out....like she was spying my facebook page and I offended her big fat ugly ass.  Other weird stuff started to happen like I was being monitored while I was using the computers that day.  I did sign the Mozilla petition while I was online against this kind of bullshit activity by the government and its lord loving minions, fwiw.

     When I got done at the library there were a lot of knowing smiles all about among the librarians and certain patrons, and I guess I was a show for them too....I did not actually get to this datum until later, sorting out the days events, because when this stuff happens its fast and all kinds of weird energies are flying about....any of these situations could be the cops and nasa creating another Jared Loughner scenario, so I am naturally wary, and in a hurry around people anymore.  The police here, especially the latins, are totally corrupt and they are all the drug cartel, in uniforms.

     BUT.  My process of poke and punch with words worked again; I had identified a lot of surreptitious activity and one rich perp, the hick bitch who had my work confused with one of her God damned soap operas or unamerican church meetings....what I accomplished was not as good as a real black eye, but almost, and its in her head now wreaking havoc.  It truly is my only recourse, because I am not violent except in self defense, so I must resort to steady identification and disruption of these types here and elsewhere.  The police can be manipulated like this too, and they do a LOT of dirty at the behest of politicians, especially the latin pigs.  Nazi Scum.  UnAmerican lord loving thieves for jorge.  I have elicited negative responses regularly online since 1999 by using racist and offensive passwords, which no one was supposed to see, but they were seeing oh yeahhhhhhhhhh.  I know how they are and have known for a long time.

     I have a lot of the scared lord lovers all freaked here, but I just go about my regular business as usual, with a smile and a nod.  Off the net I mean.  The problem really is this: they think everyone is as dumb as they are, they think I do not know about their predation and dominance problems, so the message is this: if you spy on me I am going to do my best to make you look even more petty and stupid than you are, quite a trick, that, and if I can I will lead you right out in front of a freight train going 100 mph.  Its war and I did not call it that, but starving and bowing to idiotic schmux in the masons and the lords world is a bunch of bullshit, being their guinea pig really sux too, they owe me a lot of money, but I will never see it, they are the cheapest pieces of shit alive, so I will exercise the only recourse I have which is volatile dis- and mis- information.  My.  Only. Recourse.  I have lots of back up information and evidence.  I will always try like to hell to disrupt anyone I catch spying on me, and hopefully they will accumulate enough cognitive dissonance from their activities to cause themselves some real harm.

The Navy Yard Shootings And Electronic Mind Control

     There is a show going on in the nations capital, Washington DC, as this is being written.  It follows almost exactly the script laid down by Operation Northwoods, which was never signed into law when presented to John Kennedy when he was president, but none the less became popular as mind control distraction during the lawless and unAmerican Jorge Duhhhhhhh-bya Bush Administration.  Operation Northwoods, or something a lot like it, is now being used with greater and greater frequency whenever government wants to twist the minds of the people away from its lying predation.

     Operation Northwoods is actually just violently created press fodder, by which the media, the most entrenched form of electronic mind control in America, is allowed to misinform, disinform, and lie outright with impunity, and zero accountability.  The facts are constantly altered in an attempt to confuse the viewers or listeners,  as the zionist media reports their "News" during these episodes of government sponsored terror.  Perhaps the reader can recall the sniper attacks after 911, during the Jorge Duhhhhhhh-bya Bush administration, and the disinfo + misinfo propagated by the zionists in order to draw attention away from 911 and Jorges war mongering for Israel.  This all got swept under the rug because it did nothing but haze over an already foggy situation, the time period right after 911.  That was the intent, of course.

     Things are all coming together for the zionists here in Amerikkka, AND their enemies, people like me, and as the time draws near for a showdown, the activity reported by the zionist media becomes so slanted and cheesy that even the old people, who usually swallow it all without a qualm, are starting to balk, because they can see that there is something else operating in the background, something that desperately wants them to believe information which they are having a hard time matching up with what their eyes see.

     There is, in fact, a covert civil war going on here now, and it has been going thud a gallop since the ENMOD machine was installed across the world during the administration of Jorge Duhhhhh-bya Bush and his crime family.  It is now possible to attack specific areas with hurricanes, torrential rains, drought, and even tornadoes, all with a much coveted deniability.   The cat is out of the bag though and this has the zionist government rather freaking out, because none of their malarkey works without secrecy.  If they lose secrecy, they lose it all;  to keep that from happeneing they must resort to sniper shootings and fake war scenarios and the like to distract the people away from openly questioning these aerosol weapons in the sky, which constitutes the true electronic mind control in America now. 

 

Active Auroral Warfare Plasmas As Facilitators Of Novel Classified Energy Forms For Use As Electronic Mind Control

     Active Auroral Plasmas are artifacts of aerosol technology which have been treated by the sun in varying degrees, as they themselves treat the ground below with altered solar power.  Alteration of the suns energy takes place by particulate matter becoming ionized in the air.  The sun is very powerful, more so by magnitude across vast expanses.  These two aspects of active auroral warfare plasma utilize the energy of the sun, and can be called vector#1 of any aerosol event.  Overall, the energy hitting the ground is altered by the airborn aerosol composition, usually radically, compared to "Natural" sunlight.  Easily observable.

     What began as remote covert experiments after the second world war became daily occurences in all the skies of the world after 911.  Big Big Money.  It is sold to the elite mainly as a security technology, and surveillance is one aspect of it, a main aspect, in this world of federal reserve total information awareness.  But actual Behavior/Behaviour Modification is part and parcel among the "Attributes" of this highly classified ENMOD military energy system, too.   The energies are large.   If you see fish bone looking, undulating type forms (Undulatus) these are classic indications of ENMOD operations, along with a host of other types of cloud forms that were not around 30 years ago.  My, how time flies.  There are myriad declassified patents concerning all of this too.  Start with the Patent on HAARP, Bernard Eastlund.  Do it sitting down.  Also look up the Tesla Magnifying Transmitter while you are researching.  Just to cover some more bases, Jorge duhhhh-bya Bush did legalize aerial spraying of drugs as crowd control during his time with the whip, too .

     When novel energy forms, like radiations (Ionizations), emanations (Tectonic) or vibrations (Ultrasound) are produced artificially, by the federal reserve military, the active auroral forms in the sky possess very special, Usable properties including reflection of energies over the horizon, massive electronic field production, and beam like properties, though there is much more.  There are experiments being done daily, which have been going on hot and heavy since 911: amplifications, eavesdropping extraordinaire,  IRRADIATION of the ground and its organisms....

The overt aggression The United States is threatening Syria with is just the excuse the Israeli run government here will use to justify micronukes and biotech as terror against the American people.  The new world odor  severely needs to get America back in line, happily paying taxes and supporting without question the military industrial complex hi ho.  The Israeli run government of America desperately needs someone to blame the next wave of terror on, even though it has been shown pretty clearly the Israeli federal reserve government itself is doing the terror now, and has been since clinton, ala operation northwoods.  Its just that most Americans do not care because they are lazy as hell in their minds and so far most of the strife is in someone elses backyard, well hey idiots thats about to change. Wake up.  When the real terror starts, understand it is Israel, and their enablers the zionist christians, and of course nearly every politician in government from the city level up.  If you want to stop the terror you are going to have to destroy those groups out of hand, or America is dead....some of us have known about these lying scum for a long time, and have been fighting them for a long time, so its only news to people who have bought into zions media, really.  I am sure though that the american tv party will be led along to their deaths, finally, because its just been a matter of increment anyway.  A slow attack, way above their heads, take all their money first.

Performance Enhancement And Mind Control

     News is out that a better, ENHANCED telescope is replacing the original Hubble.   Sweet.

     It is enhancement of our observation capabilities, and only enhancement,  which has allowed us a modicum of breathing space along with a basic awareness of the cosmos, no mean feat, and its only just begun.    To the competent the cosmos are terrifying,  and as for performance enhancement to help us along during this survival project, we can only say: "Bring it on!"  When it comes to survival we want all the performance enhancement we can get, we want MAGIC even, and that is sensible and theres nothing wrong with it.  Technology is good.  Or so we judge in this instance.

       When it comes to things like sports, though (Which are not really serious undertakings I guess) performance enhancement is called cheating.  And yes, that is warped thinking.  Perhaps the population has been handled for generations through its schools and churches, and does not think for itself anymore.   These are frequent circumstances in the interminable human drama below, on the surface of the world. 

     The people who cry cheating over almost Anything are the British, they have their own definitions of what cheating means (They call getting behind a larger vehicle to take advantage of the air stream Cheating) and that is harmless enough except when they wish to enforce their perceptions and definitions on others with military force.  Which, historically, they have done a lot.   The British have not yet had a mass reassessment of their way of thinking this millenium.    Soon, hopefully.

     BTW & FYI much of the American government has become the British government,  or always has been,  and when you consider things like the Tavistock Institute, it seems that the Amerixan governments agenda through sports and all the rest is bringing Amerixa more toward British thinking whenever possible.  But the Tavistock Institute is a story for another day.  Suffice to say that the worlds ideas of cheating, what it is, are ideas implanted by handlers, and the real definition of cheating is totally nebulous, and circumstance driven.   Military special forces, black ops, use enhancement drugs all the time, they have the best shit, and they know how to use it.

I am sure there were cries of cheating in sports long before Richard Nixon, but it is he who comes to my mind when considering things like restrictions on enhancements in sports, and the genocidal drug war which was pretty much perfect because the surviving members of the group primarily targeted still do not understand it happened.  Oh yeah, and oh well.  Dick the trixster was only following orders afterall.  Its what he had been initially hired by the ex-CEO of CBS to do.   Dickster represented the pill pushers, the bankers, and the zionists, not necessarily in that order.  Richard Nixon will forever be known as a world class hardhead, and we are still recovering from his time with the whip.

     There are examples of performance enhancement all around us.  Apparently what is good for the athletes is not good for the mass.  There are coffees, aspirin, many different kinds of sugars in gargantuan amounts, 5 Hour Energy drinks and other monster concoctions of all types everywhere, some skirting the legal limits of substance abuse,  with instructions like DRINK AFTER LUNCH!   Indeed, there are some energy mixes which are to be used in conjunction with subsidiary things...an energy cocktail named Bzzzzzz.   My observations of things like all these date way back into the days of my childhood, to heroes like Mighty Mouse, sniffing of those nice flowers, and flying off to make mousedom and the world a better place.  

     One thing that must be made clear here:  whatever you do in your various drug uses, DO NOT HAVE A GOOD TIME.  THAT IS CALLED PARTYING AND THERE WILL BE NONE OF THAT!  PARTYING IS NOT ALLOWED HERE IN THE POLICE STATE AMERIKKKA.  ENJOYMENT IS FROWNED UPON HEAVILY BY THE WORSHIPPERS OF TORTURE.

      Ok.

     One physical enhancement drug that everyone has probably heard about is Viagra.  Reproduction.  Its enhanceable.  My my.  Now there are thousands of geezers all over the place with perpetual erections.  WTF and WHY?

     I use metal detectors to salvage metals of high value, and if the metal detector is not an electronic enhancement of me, I don't know what it is.  It works well, and I have grown into knowing interpretation of the electronic fields of metal detectors, because I have been experienced since the age of 10.  Its a hearing aid, allows you to hear the metal in the dirt.  Quite interesting, and I like it a lot.  I use as many tools of enhancement as I can get, and it has been a rule of my life.

     All the crap started by Nick Dixon with his drug war is just mind control, so that Dicks bosses could sell THEIR drugs, pills.  And lets face it, it was NIXON who started the drug war, by pretense of his horror over NFL drug use, so we should know that it is all askew and un-American, from the get go.   If media sports are going to deny enhancements, I say we watch astronauts in their robotic suits, and electronic environments, where enhancement reigns free.

Frat Doggies, Industrial Espionage, & Privacy Theft

     One of the main purposes of surveillance is industrial espionage.  In fact, the surveillance police state as it stands today began as Industrial Espionage.  This is where the wienies who run the world, the fraternity rich boys, have turned business, America's much vaunted capitalism, into war, where all is fair, and the best doggy wins.  The hungriest doggy wins.

   This is not a real hunger though, this is a contrived hunger created in them by their frat doggy families, and their standing in society.  Yes, these hungry, brain-damaged frat doggies have made business, commerce, into war, and thats where the theft of information, industrial espionage, comes in.  And the surveillance police state, believe it or not.

     Theft of anything, information included, is illegal for most people, but not the elite deviant class, the frat dogs and they kiddies.  It is truth to say that one of the main reasons this elite allowed the internet to be born was because they knew  they would be able to steal a lot of innovation and invention from people whose good nature far outweighs their business sense.  Perhaps these "Uneducated" inventors and creative thinkers were never taught how business actually is in this zionist world of privilege and slave making debt schemes like the federal reserve.  Perhaps they never realized an education in the world of the zionist is a necessary thing today.  A lot of times inventors are actually rather meek people, content to do their work and have some fun along the way.  They become shakers and movers if their inventions are ever sold on a mass scale, but most small inventors have their works stolen from them, to be put into motion at a later date by some brain dead little frat doggy who is good at stealing, but not so good at thinking.  Praise the lord.

 

     One of the main subjects being taught at colleges today is called computer forensics.  This is to teach the frat doggy types how to "Harvest" data from the internet.  A nice way of saying how to "STEAL" from people on the internet.  It is hacking, made legal and acceptable.  All in the name of terror and law enforcement and the holy lord of ignorance.  This is so rich peoples kids can learn to steal original ideas and information from people who do not know enough to protect it.  The real thinkers, and writers, and inventors are never known anymore, its like that ugly foolish toad steven spielberg having to pay the real author of ET 6 million bux when he lost the lawsuit, and nobody ever heard about it.

     The government itself is highly vested in stealing information from the internet, it is what all their police do.  There are many thousands of police now who are paid big money to sit in front of computer screens daily and steal information, stealing your privacy.
